1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using jrairductcleaning.com, the website for J R Air Duct Cleaning, a locally owned air duct, dryer vent and mini split cleaning company based in Little Ferry, New Jersey. We've worked out of the same shop at 215 Gates Rd #D since 2011.

By browsing this website, requesting a quote, or booking an appointment through the links here, you agree to these terms. This page covers the website itself. It is not the contract for any cleaning job. The actual agreement for your service, including the scope of work and the final price, is the written estimate we give you before we start, and the work order confirmed at the time of booking or on site.

2. Our Services

We clean air ducts, dryer vents and mini split systems for homeowners, and offer commercial air duct cleaning and commercial dryer vent cleaning for businesses. We serve Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Morris and Union Counties in Northern New Jersey.

Every technician we send to your home or business is licensed, insured and background-checked, and every job is performed by our own crew. We never subcontract a job out to another company.

3. Estimates, Pricing and Booking

We provide a written estimate before any work begins, and we don't add hidden charges once a job is underway. If the scope of work changes once a technician is on site, for example if a duct run turns out to be damaged or hard to reach, we'll discuss that with you and confirm any change in price before continuing.

This website is informational. It describes what we do and helps you get in touch, but nothing on it forms a binding service contract by itself. The written estimate we provide, and the work order confirmed at the time of booking or on site, is what governs the actual cleaning job.

You can request an appointment online through our booking partner, Housecall Pro, at book.housecallpro.com. Housecall Pro is a separate, third-party scheduling platform with its own terms of service and privacy practices, which apply to your use of their scheduling tools, separately from these terms.

4. Your Right to Cancel an In-Home Contract

If you sign a service agreement with us in your home, rather than requesting a quote online, New Jersey's Home Improvement Practices Regulations and the FTC's Cooling-Off Rule give you the right to cancel that agreement within three business days, for any reason, at no cost. When this applies, we'll give you a copy of the signed contract and a cancellation notice explaining how to exercise that right at the time of signing.

This cancellation right applies specifically to contracts signed in person at your home. It does not apply to requesting a quote through this website or scheduling an appointment online, since neither of those is itself a signed service contract.

5. Text Message Communications

When you submit a quote request or contact form on this site, you'll see two separate text message consent options.

• Service and appointment texts, required to submit most forms, mean you agree to receive text messages about your estimate request, appointment scheduling and service updates.
• Marketing texts are optional and separate, and cover promotional messages such as special offers and discounts.

For both, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or text HELP for assistance. You are never required to consent to marketing texts to get a quote or book service.

6. Using Our Website

You're welcome to browse this site, read about our services, and use it to request an estimate or find our contact information. Please don't use it to submit false information, attempt to interfere with how the site runs, or copy our content, photos or site design for your own commercial use without asking us first.

The text, photos and design on this site belong to J R Air Duct Cleaning unless otherwise noted. Some links on this site lead to third-party services, such as Housecall Pro for booking or our social media pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

7. Governing Law, Venue and Your Rights

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute about this website or these terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you agree that those courts have jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under New Jersey consumer protection law, including the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and the Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act. If any part of these terms conflicts with a right the law gives you as a New Jersey consumer, that part doesn't apply, and the rest of these terms stays in effect.

Our liability connected to this website itself is limited to what's reasonable, and does not extend beyond the value of any transaction conducted through the site. Liability for the actual cleaning work we perform is addressed separately, in the written estimate and work order for that job, not by this website.

8. Changes to These Terms and How to Reach Us

We may update this page occasionally to keep it accurate. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
